During the Spring of 2021, PECOS BARSTOW Independent School District contracted SAMLS And TY MORROW Consulting to conduct a Security Assessment and Safety Audit of their District.

These assessments looked at the following areas:

• Risk Factors
• Inspection of all
• Campus Facilities
• CCTV & Surveillance
• Threat Assessment Protocols
• Stadium Process
• Natatorium Process
• Special Event Centers
• Website
• Standard Respons Protocols

At the conclusion of these assessments, SAMLS & Ty Morrow Consulting, provide Pecos Barstow ISD with an Action Plan and recommendations for Safety and Security enhancements. Many of our recommendations have been implemented by the District.

To date, SAMLS & Ty Morrow Consulting are still providing insight, guidance, and help to the District as they navigate their security and safety enhancements.
